牛ホウスを片付けこと終わったら、トラグでエサを運んで、
Prepare feeds by truck when cleaning finished.
牛棚打掃完之後用卡車搬運飼料

給食区に置いて
Place them for cows, which always hungry.
放在飼料區以供牛群搶食

もし放牧しないなら、もうひとつところにもエサを用意します
The day without pasturing we have to put one more feeding car in the other side of cows’ house.
沒有放牧的日子裡還要再放一車飼料

小さい牛ホウスに住んでいる牛はいつもエサほしいから、音は怖いよ！ふふふっ
Cows ready to fight for feeds will watch you out ambitiously.
小牛棚裡的牛會發出恐怖的叫聲,並且虎視眈眈

一番小さい牛ホウスにのエサと小さい牛ホウスにのは同じ：コーンと穀類
The smallest cows’ house use the same kind with smaller one:corns and grain
小小牛棚的飼料跟小牛棚一樣都是玉米跟乾穀

鶏のエサは大牛ホウスから１盆ぐらい持って行って、そしてたまごにつれて帰って、いよいよ昼ごはんの時間！万歳～～～～
Do forget to feed for chicken using similar kind to cows’, take eggs back to home and wait for lunch, then WWOOFer will have her/his own free time until Milking in the evening begins.
大牛棚的飼料同時要記得裝一桶給鶏吃, 帶鶏蛋回家後就可以準備吃午餐了!!下午記得還要Milking!

放牧回來之後開始清理牛棚
Start to clean the cows’ house after pasturing
放牧の後で、牛ホウスの片付け始まります。

トラグで牛のふんを掃除します。
clean the excrement by truck
開卡車(小山猫)清理牛糞

clean cows’ bed by broom
ブルームで一回掃除して、
用竹掃把打掃牛床

spread the lime
石灰をばら撒いましょう
灑石灰

lay the old forage grass on the ground
古い牧草を地下に用意して、
鋪舊牧草

spread the wood flour
木屑をばら撒いましょう
灑木屑

The small cows’ house needs to be cleaned, too.

WWOOFerさんの一日　　PART2：Pasturing　（Summer）

朝十時から放牧は始めます。
AM10 the pasturing starts.
早上十點開始進行放牧

散步道に沿って、放牧エリアへ行きます。
There are several pastures.
沿著散步道往放牧場前進, 放牧場有好幾區

小河は一番危ないところ、牛は逃げるかもしれません。
Cows get out of control easily when they arrive the small stream.
小溪是牛隻最容易四散奔逃的地方

放牧場に到着するまで気を付けるがいいと思う～
Don’t forget to supervise them to go forward.
所以要記得跟在後面催促他們前進

放牧場はきれいけど、他の仕事も忘れないよ！
Remember come back for cleaning even if the pasture is so beautiful!
抵達放牧場之後記得要回來打掃, 不要一起跟著放牛吃草了~

WWOOFerさんの一日　　PART1：Milking

Milkingは早朝と夕方、二回の仕事です。
We have to Milk 2 times in the morning and evening
早上和下午各需進行一次榨乳

仕事の時間は朝七時と午後四時半
Please go to the cows’ house at 7AM and 4:30PM
首先早上七點/下午四點半走進牛舍

牛を待ちエリアに集荷したり、掃除したり、草を用意したりします。
Let cows to go to the waiting area, clean cows’ beds, prepare the forage grass at the same time
把牛趕進集合區 同時掃除牛床 準備牧草等他們回來吃

Milking前の仕事はa.布巾を用意する b.フィルタのセットする c.管線連接 d.機械を始める
Before milking, we have to set the machine and towels
榨乳區的準備工作有:a.準備毛巾 b.裝上濾紙 c.連接管線 d.啟動機器

Milking前に緑のボトルを使います
First, sterilizes the breasts by green bottle.
先用綠色消毒瓶消毒乳房

拭いて、5回ぐらいのテスト、そして機械で本番！
Use a towel to clean the breasts, squeeze them five times to be sure there is no problem, then squeeze by machine
用毛巾擦拭乳房 然後進行約五次的試擠 確認沒問題後開始用機器榨乳

みなMilking時、しばらく待ちます
Just wait when cow is milking
榨乳區一次可以進行六頭牛的榨乳 榨乳中會有短暫等待的空檔

そのような待つ方もいいよ！ふふふっ
Of course you can wait by sitting down
或者也可以這樣等 科科

Milkingの後、青のボトルを使って、牛を離されて、「次～」と言いますね、時々打つは必要！
After milking, please use the blue bottle to sterilize the cow’s breasts, then let her go, call/beat the next one to come.
榨乳完畢機器自動彈開後 使用藍色消毒瓶消毒乳房 讓牛離開並讓下一頭進來

全部完了後、待ちエリアとMilkingエリアを掃除します、掃除終わったら、ご飯しましょう～～やった！！
Clean the waiting area and milking area when there is no more cow, finally we can go back for our breakfast/dinner!
榨乳完畢之後 進行集合區和榨乳區的打掃工作 打掃結束後就回家準備吃飯
