My Restful Place

I love this place!

Kat-san’s life has taught me something: Work hard and you will be able to sleep well at night.
He has inspired me to live with focus- his focus is on taking care of Taiyo Bokujo. But he blesses the lives of the people in his life.
Over here, we start our day early. At 7am, we start milking the cows and feeding them. My favorite moments are when I get to feed the baby cows milk with a bottle and smell the dried grass that we give to the cows as food.
This place has been a retreat for me, as I left Singapore for a quiet magical place tucked away in Monbetsu, Hokkaido.
Kat-san leaves us (the WOOFERS) to do all the cooking。He lets us go crazy with whatever we want to cook! I love breakfast-especially after we come in from our first milking session; to a warm meal with homemade jams, hot fresh milk and even homemade vanilla ice cream!

\nKat-san made 17 ice-candles, and spread it all over the driveway. With the night sky glimmering with the stars, the cold frost in the air, the place suddenly glowed with a beauty that made me see the goodness of this place.I thank God for Kat-san and for this beautiful place called Taiyo Bokujo.

For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. -Jeremiah 29:11
